ONE of the best Maltese youngsters? How many decent players do they have??? Good luck to him and all that, but doesn't sound dramatically exciting.

Are we collecting midfielders? Maybe Moyes realised how bad Neville and Heitinga are in midfield that he is making sure we never see them there again!
I want some Maltesers now.

The maltese falcon?

Sounds like that azerbaijaani kid who seems to have disappeared off the radar.

Cheap long shots i would think.

Maybe Moyes got him confused with the Danish defensive mid, plus he is 49 so just a year older then weir so he will fit in well

ONE of the most talented footballers in Malta? Not THE best footballer in Malta? They must have them coming out of the woodwork, let's set up an academy there!

Sam, Araz Abdullayev just switched his loan club Panionios in the top flight in Greece. They're on their winter break but he played in the five matches leading up to it. Only 19 he could still be brought in for next season, and plays wing either side. If Drenthe or Pienaar aren't here then we may say hello...

Ah but it's a a lovely holiday destination, I imagine out European scout is fiddling his trips away.

Cheers for the update on Abdullayev Nick.
Good win today and I am officially optimistic for this season!

Is this Moysie's way of being naughty in the transfer market?
